Fine Arts or English Honors Elective Credit for Qualified High School Students for participation in the High School Summer Trip to Europe!
Summer 2007

As we endeavor to educate and enrich the entire person, we actively seek opportunities that will be positive experiences for our students and their families. One such opportunity is participation in the Summer Europe Trip; sponsored by the High School through Mrs. Nadine Massingill, the High School Guidance counselor. Students have the opportunity for students to earn one (1) fine arts credit or one (1) English honors elective credit in conjunction with the trip.

ART
With pre-study of the location(s), masterworks of art, history, people, and culture; participation in the trip; and upon completion and presentation of a 'Trip Journal' -- one Fine Arts Honors Credit will be earned. Students will be part of the regular trip and under the supervision of Mrs. Cathy Davis, high school Art & Photography teacher.

ENGLISH
To be determined for 2005.

Seniors - it is NOT TOO LATE FOR YOU! Because the preparation for the trip includes a specified area of pre-study, which is completed during the school year, a graduating Senior may participate in the program, and receive credit on their transcript before the trip takes place. *Study MUST be completed and final payment for the trip MUST be made before graduation.
